Can I add an action to send an email from a group mailbox instead of from a shared mailbox?

I am trying to build a flow where an email is automatically sent to the submitter of a form if a condition is met, but cannot see how to send this email from a group mailbox, only a shared mailbox.

If I use the Send an email from a shared mailbox (V2) action this is the error I get:

The specified object was not found in the store., The process failed to get the correct properties.

serviceRequestId: 8a310bc4-537a-ee79-d0bf-2cf27d5e7c3d

If I change the Original Mailbox address from a group mailbox to a shared mailbox the flow works, but the team I'm working with are keen to use the group address.

is groupmail is a distribution list ?

is there any mailbox on that ?

Hi @Nived_Nambiar - yes there is a mailbox. I have manually sent and received test emails from it.

Hi @RachelD

Make sure that you have added connection to the that mailbox before using this action.
