Hi,Would it be possible to create a survey question just like the below image?
So basically there are 6 radio buttons for each question and would it be possible to patch the values as one item in Sharepoint?
Hi @RLSid17 ,
You just need two columns - Question and Answer. You could do a Choice column for Answer with a Radio Control to select.

Thank you! What would be the best way to collect or analyze the answers in SP List?As we need to group the "Strongly Disagree" and "Disagree" answers into 1 column (Unfavourable) and "Strongly Agree" and "Agree" to (Favourable) and "Neutral" and "I Don't Know" (Neutral). This is for Power BI.
Currently, I have a list in which the columns are the Questions and the Choices are the answers. And I'm not sure what is the best approach to collect the data for Power BI. This is what it looks like:
@RLSid17 ,
For Power BI, probably a calculated column.
I have different question categories and I’m having trouble how to collect the answers like let’s say if I should still use Questions as Columns and Answers as Choices. Or if I should create a list just for Questions? I apologize if I’m not making sense.
As per my original post -one list with both fields.
