Send email template with attachments depending on Microsoft Forms Responses

Hi There

 

I am trying to send specific emails to a Microsoft Forms responder depending on their answers to the form.

 

Multiple selections are possible. The goal is to send a particular email based on certain selections made in the form.

Form question examples:

I have tried setting both only one and two Get response details.
