How to delete sharepoint list with 3 million items

I have a list with 3 million items.

How should I delete all items?

 

If I delete it with flow then it goes expensive in costs and time.

Then I thought to delete all list but then i get error:

    Yes this is one way, but pitty we dont have access to PowerShell
