Hello,

I'm working on an offboarding function between HR and IT.

I have offboarding list set up where HR enter the name of the employee that is no longer with the company.
I want it to pull from the device list of all the items assigned to them to updated in one place on offboarding form.

I can get the part of Make, Model and Serial Number but I can't get any other make (selection to pop up)
Screenshot show on the left where I want information to update from the screenshot on the right.

         Offboarding List

          Device List

At a total lost but I attach screenshot of the flow below

I don't really follow what you are doing. Is the image of the SharePoint list with the owner column, the list that has all of the equipment assigned to the person who is leaving, and does owner correspond to the person that HR submits with their form?

What is the purpose of the Select action and how is it used in the flow? I cannot figure that out from what you have shown. And how have you configured the Get Device Items action as that seems key to what you are doing and providing an answer.

What is the relevance of the image that has the headings "Offboarding list" and "Device categories" and how does that play into the flow and the process?
