How to include photos from a Survey123 response in an email?

Hi everyone,

I'm building a flow using a custom connector between Survey123 on ArcGIS Enterprise and Power Automate. The goal is to send an email when someone submits a survey response. So far, I’ve successfully configured the flow to send emails with text responses, but I’m struggling to include the photos submitted through the survey.

The flow is pretty simple. I'm just not sure how to pull the images from the Survey123 response and either embed or attach them in the email.

Any advice or examples would be really helpful!
