Extracting data from excel

I am trying to extract a value from an excel file but can't find a complete solution.

When one of more values in a column are for example '1' I would like to use another value in the same raw(s) where the value is set to '1'. 

Any suggestion?

    A few questions:

    1. Does your Excel file have a Table defined?
    2. Are you able to show an example of your Excel file (columns, data) to understand better.
    3. Are you able to show what you have in your flow at the moment?
