"Failed to read metadata from file source" error while trying to run power app

Hi,

 

User  is getting error "Failed to read metadata from file source" while trying to refresh power app data stored in my onedrive folder. From my id i am able to access but other users in organization are not able to connect.

Tried sharing the folder as in below link but still face the same error.

Shared the app using "Add to Teams". User while trying to access the app via teams also receive the same error.

    Hello @simonjohn,

    Just to make sure: Your users need access to the file on your OneDrive and the app itself.

    Could you please check if a user that is experiencing the error above can access the file directly?
