Error Logging In

Howdy,

 

I get the following error code every time I attempt to log in. Just downloaded for the first time today.
"An error related to OneDrive occurred
Correlation Id: ca015131-c4d2-422d-8992-c00d3369b552
Access Denied"

There is no record of this error message on the site

    Hi @maahew ,

     

    Have you tried opening up www.office.com and authenticating there, then clicking through on OneDrive?  Hard to tell what the issue may be, but this would be the first place I would go.
