Unable to sign up for Power Apps Community Plan

My Plan 2 Trial expired and I was unable to extend the trial.  I then noticed the Community Plan and this looked like exactly what I was looking for.  But when I try to sign up I'm always redirected to the page saying

 

Your Power Apps Plan 2 trial is either close to expiration or has expired.
Extend your trial for 30 days.
 
Any ideas?

    Can you try with another account. It may seem the account is still connected to the My Plan 2 Trial after expiry.
