Seeking advice and information if there are still capacity restrictions based on number of Power Automate Flow Runs on a monthly basis (pooled across tenant) or it is now unlimited but restricted by daily Action Request and Licensed User Request limits against an account?

If capacity restriction is enforced by Action Request and Licensed User Request limits, is there a way to determine the total number of requests / actions by a particular account and a breakdown of which areas it is contributed from (e.g. which Power Automate Flow, Power App, Dataverse operations) and up to a session level (e.g. flow run instance) to help identify areas for attention.
