Photo Uploaded from Forms Not Showing in Send an Email V2

Sorry if this has been asked before but I did some research and couldn't seem to find an answer. A form was created for submissions. When a submission is made the captured information along with a photo is to be generated in an email. I am able to get the captured information in the body of the email but the photo taken (it would be a different photo taken every time from a smart device) does not appear. I have included pictures of my flow as well as the sent email with the photo not showing. Could someone please help?flow1.PNGflow2.PNGemailsnip.png

Files uploaded in an MS Form are stored in the Form Creator's OneDrive.  I don't see anything in your flow to retrieve the file content from OneDrive.  I did a Blog post walkthrough on how to add a Forms submitted file as an attachment.  Emailing File Attachments from Forms with Power Automate – What Me Pa..Panic? (dontpapanic.com) You'll need the steps in that to get the file content to embed as a Base64 image in the email.

Thanks for the prompt response. Is this the same situation if it is multiple users using the form (around 50 different people with unique credentials)? And also, it wouldn't be a saved picture, it would most likely be a picture taken using the "Take Photo or Video" option. See photo.

It doesn't matter how many people use the form.  The files are created in the OneDrive of the maker of the form, not the responder.

For the other question, even if its a picture taken by the mobile device it should still appear to the flow as an uploaded file.  Its just a different option for getting the file to upload it to the form.  But from the submitted forms point of view it should be the same
