Move Email to folder, email in inbox and folder

Hello,
I am having an issue with the Move Email to a Folder.  I am used a Shared Mailbox.
The email is moved to the folder specified but it is also still in the Inbox.
Sometimes it doesn't get left in the inbox.
There is no error, the flow is successful.

I have deleted the trigger (when a new email arrives) and added it again.
I have deleted the Move email and re-added it.
I have deleted the Connection to the mailbox and re created it.

I have had these working perfectly before.

Any ideas on how to resolve this?

Thanks

    Good Evening,

It's hard to tell without having an error message of a solution.

Let's try to identify the problem then the solution should be easier to fix:

I would start with is there a repeating feature that causes the file to be left behind or not moved. Like do they have attachments and take longer to load or maybe its tagged or something similar? Maybe its the size of the message? Identifying the pattern will help massively.

Also ensure you have no filters or logic on the trigger (I figure you don't because you said you removed and re-added it)

As for a practical easy attempt at a solution try:

Adding a "Delay" action for like 10 seconds - 30 seconds to allow the email to actually arrive in the mailbox.

If that doesn't work, then maybe configure the Retry policy under the ellipses in the top right corner of the move email action to a set number of attempts.

If none of these works maybe consider if you are throttling the API limit hopefully this helps and this is not the case if it does and something here solves your issue, please vote for this as the answer!

    Have a wonderful evening!

I think it is an issue with the new Outlook.
I added in the delay after the trigger to get the emails and another one before the Move and still email appears to stay in the Inbox and shows as moved to the folder.
When I switched back to the old Outlook the email is no longer in the Inbox.
Not finding the new outlook to be 100% reliable.

    Thanks for your suggestions.

    Cheers
