Hi All,

I would like to ask for your help. I have built a flow based on the video below and it works fine, but if there is no attachment (because it is not mandatory) it fails. Could you please help me how should I change it in order to it can handle form data without attachment as well?

Thanks in advance,

Kriszta

    Hi  @Kriszta

See PROBLEM #3: Form is submitted without an uploaded file and the flow fails in How to Send Microsoft Forms File Uploads to an Approval Workflow Using Power Automate

So if the content of your file upload question is not empty, save it to SharePoint:

If you're looking for a way to save files uploaded through Microsoft Forms to SharePoint, there's a guide that provides a detailed solution with screenshots: Save Microsoft Forms attachments to SharePoint. Hopefully, this will help others who are searching for a similar solution.
