Using PA to extract filtered data from SP List and send via Outlook &auto populate columns based on choice selection

Is anyone able to advise on one or both of these queries please?

I have a list which holds properties to rent listed. I am trying to create 2 different PA flows based on this list.

  1. I would like to export a table, or similar (flexible on how it looks as long as it has all of the data) of the multiple columns relating to the rows which relate to the properties with the Status (choice type) of “Available” . I would like that data to be emailed to a recipient at the same time each day. The majority of columns are choice type, some are single line of text.
  2. When new entries are created, they are often owned by the same “Provider” (Choice type column), so I would like the List to then automatically populate the “Telephone” and “Email Address” (single line of text) columns based on the choice made in the Provider column.

You can do a get items action with an odata filter, or a filter array step after you donwload all the items. From there you can do a HTML table and manually specify the column mapping to select only the columns that you need. Or you can do a select action and accomplish the same thing. Then dump it to an HTML table action with automatic column mapping. Then you can put the HTML table in the body of an email.

Hi @srduval thank you for your reply. Are you able to link to the steps I would need to take in order to carry out your suggestion?

Thankfully I found my own solution to the table query. In case anyone else is interested, I found this wonderful tutorial on YouTube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VnWg-Eox37Q @RezaDorrani is Amazing!!!
