I am trying to create a flow that once a contact is changed that belongs to a specific account, an email is then sent. This is because we have a separate page which may need to be updated based on this account. I have started with a "When a row is added, modified or deleted" and then set my variables. I then tried setting a condition which decided if the account matches the constant I had set for the account name. However, no matter the account I change the contact's details, it always comes back as false.

I think one of my problems is the "When a row is added, modified or deleted" table name. I have tried contacts, but then I can't pull any information from accounts vice versa. Is there any way of having it pull from both.

    Hi,

So let's clarify something. Your trigger has nothing to do with the ability to pull data from tables. So you are missing a very contextual part of that statement, which is you dont know how, and or you dont have the LookUp value to do it, not that you aren't allowed as thats false.

You need to share your expressions, not just images of the flow as that won't help atm. You also need to show the values as they pass through the flow run, so go open one that didn't do what you wanted. Look at the values being promoted in and out of an action and you will immediately see why your condition isn't working.

Now you need to figure out, as I simply using the wrong value, am I pointing to the wrong thing, do I have a typo etc etc etc.
