Created By use systeemaccount instead of user account

Hi all,

I have sometimes a issue with created by trigger. The trigger is "When a file is created (propterties)". The flows run when a documentset(folder) has moved to a library. I ALWAYS create the documentset but sometimes i get an error for the approval.

When i check the flow i doens't see my name by Created by Claims/Displayname but i see this:

Created By Claims = SHAREPOINT\system

Created By DisplayName = Systeemaccount

Any idea how is this possible? When flow sees this, the approval flow wont start, what makes sence. From the 40 flows, the error % is around 5 or 10%. Most of the time, the flow runs fine after a few times.

The request failed. Error code: 'InvalidRequestContent'. Error Message: 'The request content was invalid and could not be deserialized: 'Required property 'assignedTo' expects a value but got null.

This is the last error, same issue. I created the documentset but i see by Created by DisplayName the Systeemaccount

Already found an solution to make it more robuust. After the trigger (when a file is created) i use Update file properties. Here i also can use created by email for the approval request mail.
