Hi everyone, I had just created a new Copilot bot from Copilot Studio. Then I activated the Generative AI feature from Copilot, I have not yet created any new custom topics from this copilot bot. And then I queried a prompt that from the standard topics called 'Lesson 2 - A simple topic with a condition and variable', with description included the phrase 'Check store location'. And I met the error message like below image.

I had just met this problem some days ago. Please help!! Thanks in advance!!

We are also getting these even when saying Hello to the copilot. Seems like some new release broke things. I have filed SR # 2407150040007114 for this. You should be reaching out to Microsoft as well, so they know it's not just one user or one Copilot...

    got the same here :(

Error Message: The content was filtered due to Responsible AI restrictions.
    Error Code: ContentFiltered

    Important context:

    • I'm using a custom action that calls my APIs and combines responses from the NLS search.
    • The data being processed is dummy data related to sales and banking information (there's no hateful, racist, or harmful message at all).
    • The bot was functioning correctly a couple of days ago.
    • The error started occurring suddenly without any changes on my end.

I've already tried the following troubleshooting steps:

    1. Reviewing my custom action for any potential content that might trigger the filter
    2. Checking my API responses for sensitive information
    3. Verifying my Copilot Studio permissions and settings

Has anyone encountered a similar issue or have suggestions on how to resolve this? I'm particularly interested in understanding:

    1. What might have changed to cause this error suddenly, especially given that we're using dummy data?
    2. How can I identify what content is being flagged by the Responsible AI restrictions?

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

    Cheers,
