Suggestion for ways to get auto assignment of incident work using power automate flows in service now

I have developed a flow using Microsoft power automate desktop for auto assignment of incident and tasks in service now

but i am not very sure on how to get it work in round robin way if there are list of engineers in a particular shift to whom it should be assigned to

 

i was able to get it work only for one user by giving them as a default user to be assigned incidents to
