Error with a flow from new mail to new Dynamics 365 Case

Hello everyone!

I am trying out a new flow where it monitors an email address and for every new email it creates a case to our D365 Service App.

I would say it's a simple flow but I can't manage to understand why it does not work. The error I get is when creating the case:
Step 1: when a new email is received
Step 2: create the case in D365

Step 3: send an email back saying the case was created.

The "test 3" string is the subject of the email I sent to test the flow. Captura.PNG

Any help would be appreciated very much.

Thanks!

    Hi @jcastrofer ,

Could you please share the detailed configuration of Flow?

Could you provide more details of the error message?

    Best Regards,

    Hello @v-bacao-msft

Sure! Let me add a better screenshot. I added a couple of translations to english to make it easier to understand.

First step: when a new email is received, second step "Create a record in D365".

The entire flow has 3 steps, but it fails on the second, so it should be fine this way I believe.

Basically I just want to create a case with the case title and subject the same as the incoming email's subject, and when trying to do that it fails with the error I provided in the initial post.

Edit: playing around with it a little bit I got the error msg to change, the set up is the same I shared the previous screenshot.

    Thank you for your time!

    Hi @jcastrofer ,

    Thanks for your reply!

You can try filling in "Test" directly in Case title and Subject fields and then see the results of the run. Check if this error is related to the subject of the trigger output.

It is worth noting that there are two Asunto fields in this action. Cases seems to be a custom entity, so I'm not quite sure if there are some restrictions.

    Best Regards,
