Flow - Freshdesk connection not working.

Hi,
My Flows connection to Freshdesk is not working and my credentials are correct and I'm logged in.
I'm getting the error "Please check your account info and/or permissions and try again. Details: You have to be logged in to perform this action."
Has anyone else experienced this problem or know how to fix?

    Hi AFisher1,

     

    Please make sure proper Account Url, Email or API Key and Password are entered.


    After signing up the Freshdesk, an email will sent to your email address with the subject “Activate your Freshdesk account”, at there you will be able to get the Account Url.


    Then enter your email address or API key and Password.


    Then with the Freshdesk being logged in, click the Create button, you will be able to create the connection without issue.

    Under Connections, you will find that the connection has been created successfully.

    Please try again with it.

    Hi,

    I got the same error. Checked with our Admin and they told me everything should be OK but still receive this error. Please help. Thanks.

    Hi. Can you please share how you got it working. I have the same problem. Freshdesk refer me to Microsoft and Microsoft refer me to Freshdesk. Can't think what else to try 😞

    I get the same error, "Test connection failed. Details: You have to be logged in to perform this action."  I'm logged into freshdesk using the same username and password that I'm entering in the connection.

     

    Account URL is as shown below where xxxxx is our account name, not preceded by https or anything else.

    xxxxx.freshdesk.com
