Hi,

I am trying to get file content for a series of documents in a SharePoint folder and it keeps failing and returning this error:

}

When looking at the file identifiers and comparing them to the copy link from SharePoint, the main differences are that anywhere there is a space it shows "%2b" identifier and in the link it is "%20". And the links have a code after. What do I need to do to correct this issue?

Lest look at the first one %20, these are spaces between the file names or SharePoint site name, to get rid of those you need use _ or - in those and in your lists, they should not be an issue.

As for the flow, you should have something like the following

Thank you for the reply,

Do you know of a way to remove those in a flow? This flow will be used by a lot of staff, and it is not feasible for me to make sure their file names do not have blanks.
Are "Get Attachment Content" and "Get File Content" action synonymous or should I switch?
In your variable you have "ContentBytes" instead of "fileContent", is there a reason for that?

I do not know how to get rid of the %20 issue, other my know how.

The image I showed from one of my flows, so file "Get Attachment Content" and "Get File Content" action is the same, still with the "file content" for your flow.

As for the"ContentBytes" instead of "fileContent" in my flow I wanted to test the number of attachments in the row of a list. If it came back with two then the flow would continue and send both files as part of an attachment to an email. So stick to what you want.

I ended up taking this part of the flow and creating a new one and it worked.
