Trying to Copy Sharepoint List Data from one list to another

I am using Sharepoint and PowerApps to administer some testing to users. The number of questions being asked requires a Sharepoint list per Test. (8 total) So I would like to have the scores of each of the 8 tests copy to a single Master List. I was hoping to use a PA Flow to achieve this but I am having no luck despite hours of reading and testing. Is there some fundamental aspect that I am missing?

SP List 1 = Master List
SP List 2 = Test 1
SP List 3 = Test 2
SP List 3 = Test 3
SP List 4 = Test 4
SP List 5 = Test 5

SP List 6 = Test 6

SP List 7 = Test 7

SP List 8 = Test 8

Every SP List uses the User Email as a unique key.

I have tried other verified solutions that I have found but cannot seem to replicate it myself. What am I missing. See below for images of the fields and where they are plugged in to my Flow.

    Hi @ConorEllinger,

    Please see the screenshot below to set the Update item action to List1, if you want to copy list A to list B, the update object should be List B:

    If dynamic content couldn't be found in the dynamic content list, you could use the expression to approach that, for example:

    item()?['ColumnName']
