Like i mentioned in the title this connector is preety unreliable or i am missing something.I have access to the shared mailbox and all i want to do is when an employee moves emails from Archive to a new subfolder called NewArchive to trigger the flow and do the necessary actions. For some reason no matter how many emails i move nothing happens. Can someone assist? Am i missing something here?

    Hi @Mikellas ï¼Œ

When you receive this email and move it to another folder, the email is no longer a new incoming email, so flow will never be triggered.

    Best Regards,

This trigger works reliable only for emails _delivered_ to  the folder, but not for the ones that copied/moved there.

Create a scheduled flow and check the folder periodically.

When creating a scheduled automation, should I use the same trigger "when a new email arrives from a shared mailbox?" -- Same with thiis scenario, we move emails from Sent items to a folder

There is a dedicated trigger named "Recurrence".
