I get notifications for various review and approval workflows and I created a flow that creates a planner tasks for them.
It currently, creates the task, puts the email body text in the task description, assigns the task to the email recipient, sets today as the started date, and today + 7 days for the due date.
Where I need help is with taking hyperlinks from the email body to the task description or task attachments section.
1. Is there a way for Powerautomate to identify, copy and transfer only the links starting with a certain string and ignore the others?
2. Is there a way for those links to paste to my task description or attachments section as proper links not just plain text?
3. Is there a way to show a short display name for the links?
4. Is there a way to prevent the creation of the Outlook safelinks making the hyperlinks unusably long?
