Hello there,

Just like to subject, I would like to get more information about how to create no-reply email address in power automate.

I have searched many methods and summarized as below, but it seems there is no way but just creating distribution list or shared mailbox.

It is appreciate that if someone can help other methods to create the no-reply email address but not using distribution list/shared mail box.

My situation:

1.Trigger: send the Email by Power Apps V2

2.Have many receivers from different share point site and different share point lists.

3.Must use "High Importance " and attach many files in one email.

4. NO authorization of admin center but can contact IT team to create shared mail box or distribution list

I have tried

・Using Send an HTTP request to SharePoint.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mhr1iqSXf0s

→Seems a little complicated for my situation because of situation situation 2&3 above.

・Send an email notification (V3)

→ I cannot set up importance and attach many files.

・shared mail box or distribution list

→ like situation4, i don't have authorization of admin center.

Many thanks

You are correct, each option has its own limitations.

The easiest option is getting a user account created by IT. No authorisation required.

Create a mail connection using the Service Account and configure the Send an email action using this connection.

This will let you utilize the Importance field and also supports multiple attachments.

Better option would have been to use a service principal but that will require Azure Admin center.
