Developer license cost looks good for me.

For non-production, if you opt for a hosted RPA license, you'll need the "Power Automate Premium" as the base license, with the hosted RPA license as an add-on.

So, for non-production, it should be:

"Power Automate Process" - $150 (Process license) + $215 (Hosted RPA license) = $365 per month = $4,380 per year per bot

Similarly, for production, if you require two instances:

    =$365 per month * 2 instances = $8,760 per instance per year

@Deenuji Thanks for your response. the base license is power automate premium as per the documentation.

    Venkat_Vattem_0-1714995598435.png

so its $15 right for base license?

    I agree with you.

For non-production, you need an unattended license called "Power Automate Process" priced at $150 (Process license) and a hosted RPA license priced at $215 (Hosted RPA license per month), while the Power Automate Premium serves as the base license.

This means you have a $15 base license (Power Automate Premium) per user, necessary for managing and running your flows. Therefore, the calculation should be as follows:

    $15 base license + $150 (Process license) + $215 (Hosted RPA license) = $380 per month = $4560 per year

Similarly, for production, if you require two instances:

$380 per month * 2 instances = $9,120 per two instances per year

True. please find the latest information about hosted process license.

    Deenuji_1-1715007528371.png

So as per latest information then you need only one premium license $15+Hosted process license $215. Total just $230 per month. That's it. Much interesting move from Microsoft .
