How do I remove the text after 13 character on the file names?

logs_ENVS1001_Sem1_2021_20210527-1204.csv

logs_ENVS1003_Sem1_2021_20210527-1204.csv

logs_ENVS3013_Sem1_2021_20210527-1205.csv

logs_ENVS8013_Sem1_2021_20210527-1206.csv

and make them

logs_ENVS1001.csv

logs_ENVS1003.csv

logs_ENVS3013.csv

logs_ENVS8013.csv
