I need to upload data from excel in SharePoint folder to SAP system using power automate desktop. How to achieve this? Using Ui Automation or should I be using connectors. Which is best and effective way to go about it.

The most effective way is usually to use VBScript. In SAP there is script recording feature.

You can then record the steps and give that script to Power Automate Desktop to use Run VBScript -action.

Hey,

If you have/have to disable script option due to security reason then you can go with UiAutomation and use actions like press key and click under UiAutomation else as suggested by eetuRobo, go with script.
