Flow launch panel doesn't load

Hello,

I have an instant flow which I trigger from a Sharepoint list when an item is selected. This flow is used by about 15 users and works very well for all users but one. When this user triggers the flow, the Flow launch panel opens and stays in a loading state forever instead of offering the usual run flow button...flow_lauch_panel.jpg

    Same experience for me, has just been resolved. Microsoft said there was a global outage that caused it, subsequently resolved.

    Yes, I got the same feedback from Microsoft. The issue has been resolved for me (btw, I had to clear the browser cache and sign out and sign in to make it work)

    Hi @Dharam2 , the issue stopped happening 1 or 2 weeks after my last post.
    I did not take any action to fix. Not sure what happened.

     

    No user is complaining about it anymore.

    Hi @Francis , please check in the Console if it says something related to Multi-factor authentication:

    I still believe this error has something to do with MFA.

    Hi Everyone thank you for your reply, I also have the same issue in North America for two Tenant. The issue started last Thursday and I experienced the same behaviour .

    We've heard nothing further from Microsoft, but we did notice an improvement within the past couple of hours. After clearing cache/cookies yet again, the Run Flow panel appears to load relatively quickly each time we try without requiring us to keep clearing cache/cookies before every run. Hopefully this lasts...

    I just had the exact same conversation with another Microsoft technician assigned to my support incident. You're not alone!

    Just got on chat with support again and even with a new sharepoint library and a default automate template, it doesn't work.

    @allan_t I got a reply from Microsoft a couple of hours ago. They were just asking for more information about error messages, where I'm experiencing the issue, etc. Essentially all the things I had already communicated when originally opening the ticket. They didn't offer any advice or any indication they were aware of this issue (though they didn't give much indication that they even read the details of my ticket).
