Document Automation Application - Documents stuck in "Extracting Data" status

I have recently started testing the Document Automation Application functionality. When I first started working with the solution the documents would quickly move into the "Manual Review" stage which was to be expected but recently, I have several documents that are getting stuck in the "Extracting Data" phase. I currently have documents that I received on 10/18 that are still "stuck".  I'm unsure where to start troubleshooting this issue. Should I start with the flow or the model itself?

    I found the issue. I looked into the Document Automation Processor flow and found that it has failed for all of my documents that are stuck.
