i need help i cant use copilot because age and i dont understand why ?

every time i try to use copilot  i get age restriction while i'm 20 years old and the acocunt birth date as well and soon 21 but still get this error how i can fix this i tried to sign in and out but same problem

    are you using some kind of school account or something? Try with a different one.
