After launch excel action, the excel is not opening and i also have a doubt that for opening different excel do we need one excel instance or multiple instance

What do you mean it's not opening? Is there an error? Does the action fail? Perhaps it does open the file, but the Launch Excel action is set to not make the instance visible and thus it is opened in the background?

As for opening different files, if you want to work on them all at the same time, you need separate instances. If you open one, close it and then need to open the next one, you can use the same variable for the instance.
