"id" is invisible in Create item

When finding item by ID, creating a "Create Item" flow but there is no "id" column but "Title" column. I want the "id" to show and mandatory, while the "Title" to not mandatory.
how to make it?

    When creating an item in SharePoint, the ID column does not appear because it is a system-generated field. It is automatically assigned by SharePoint when an item is created. You cannot manually input or set the ID value during item creation
