Condition returning false between two equal fields

I am creating a flow that compares an email from "get user profile" and an email located in an excel file, but the condition always returns false, even thought the email is the same.

I tried several ways, but it keeps returning false.

I don't seem to be able to add prints here.

Add a compose just prior to the Condition action.  put the two values there and see what values are actually coming through and being compared.  I suspect the one from Excel is coming in formatted as a hyperlink to send email.  If that's the case you'll need to strip out the HTML before doing the compare.  But looking at the actual values involved should help figure out why they aren't being considered equal.

I did add the compose and the information was the same, but I think you might be right about the hyperlink. Thanks!

@Pstork1 I did strip out the html in the excel, but it still doesn't work. Is there anyway I can do this via Power Automate?

Can you show me a screenshot of the input section of the two Compose actions from a sample run?
