Flow to email all users on a SharePoint list then log the replies on a new list

I have no experience with flows as I have only created power apps in the past. but am looking to create a flow activated from my app that will:

Pull all emails in a column on a share point list and will send a email to each email with a yes/no box (or something similar)

If user says yes, nothing happens

If user says no, writes there email + date to a different SharePoint list, then deletes the row with there email in on the 1st list

any advice on how to do this or at least start this off would be massively appreciated

Sam

    Thankyou so much @v-chengfen-msft,

That worked perfectly the only thing is is it possible to only have the email show the message once?

    SamSellars_0-1677157408765.png

as currently it has the same information twice and I only want the top box and remove everything on the email from Request for your input

    Thanks Sam

    Hi @SamSellars

You could select Yes in Send email with options-Use only HTML message, so that you can only put a place in the display of the mail on the web.
