I am reading one of the most confusing documentation i have ever read, and one of the most confusion topic (Power Platform requests during Power Automate transition period and what will happen after that!!) @ https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/api-request-limits-allocations

  • During the transition period, manual cloud flows don't use the flow owners/flow invokers limits. Every manual cloud flow has a performance profile of Medium (100,000 requests/flow/24 hours). After the transition period, manual cloud flows will use the request limits of invoking user.

But in our case, we have 2 manual flows inside our solution, that get called from 2 scheduled flows, through "Call Child Flow" power automate action. and when i generate the Capacity report from Power Platform Admin centre, i can see that the requests been generated by those 2 child flows are been counted inside the report. for example at the beginning of each month (1 November), we have 2 child flows that get called from 2 scheduled flows and will create KPIs and Tasks for our users, and those will performance around 110K requests using a service account, and i can see the effect of those 2 child flows inside the capacity report as follow:-

where on average the service account will do between 20K-30k power automate requests per day, while on 1 November this number get increased to 154.5K requests (and the same pattern will happen each month).. so this means that the child flow requests are been counted inside the report unlike what the documentation is mentioning,, am i correct? or i am missing something?

any advice?

Thanks
