I'm trying to test the template Rus antivirus scan using Windows Defender upon a cloud app security alert flow submitted by Microsoft. However, I'm not getting the Base Resource URL correct, I think because I can't read the instruction set because they over ran the character limit. Thoughts on what the base URL should be?
