Hello everyone, huge noob here.
I would love to have your assistance for creating a Flow for getting each user's Manager approval/rejection.
Scenario 1:
A) End user uploads a file with his Leave form.
B) Automatically PA calculates his leave balance from an Excel file uploaded in Onedrive, from a specific spreadsheet cell.
C) PA informs user of remaining balance of days before any approval/rejection step.
D) User's Manager is informed by e-mail of a new Leave request.
E) Manager reviews the form, and Approves or Rejects.
F) End user getting notified of outcome. If approved, remaining balance days should be updated and informed to user.
Scenario 2:
A) End user Fills the columns in a SharePoint site List, with Start/End dates of leave. Can we somehow introduce into same List the remaining days of balance?
B) User's Manager is informed by e-mail of a new Leave request, with a clear link to the SP List.
C) End user getting notified of outcome via e-mail, and List updated with new balance if approved.
