Manager approval for Leave request Flow

Hello everyone, huge noob here.

I would love to have your assistance for creating a Flow for getting each user's Manager approval/rejection.

Scenario 1:

A) End user uploads a file with his Leave form.

B) Automatically PA calculates his leave balance from an Excel file uploaded in Onedrive, from a specific spreadsheet cell.

C) PA informs user of remaining balance of days before any approval/rejection step.

D) User's Manager is informed by e-mail of a new Leave request.

E) Manager reviews the form, and Approves or Rejects.

F) End user getting notified of outcome. If approved, remaining balance days should be updated and informed to user.

Scenario 2:

A) End user Fills the columns in a SharePoint site List, with Start/End dates of leave. Can we somehow introduce into same List the remaining days of balance?

B) User's Manager is informed by e-mail of a new Leave request, with a clear link to the SP List.

C) End user getting notified of outcome via e-mail, and List updated with new balance if approved.

Your assistance is highly appreciated, and please forgive my noobiness.

Hello @EricaBao and many thanks for your response.
Your below suggestion already followed and Flow is working as expected.
My main concern is how i can introduce into the flow, applying Employees remaining days of leave balance.

Lets say that I that requesting an approval for leave from my manager, have 2 days left, and requesting 5.

How can I connect it?
An excel file might be created with 250 employees Balance and uploaded to OneDrive.
Can this collaborate with the Flow?

I've created a SharePoint list including all employees, with two columns, EmployeeName and DatesBalance.
How can the Flow, search through the list to locate the requester's name, and calculate his balance?

Example. Geoge George has 15 days of leave.
Made a request for leave for dates 20/3/2020 to 24/3/2020 - summing in 3 working days.
Flow should search through the SP list, look at his balance, "approve" the flow to continue, and at the end if Manager approves, should replace the SP list entry with the new balance.
If there is no remaining balance, flow should stop before manager's approval.
