Flow sending email from all owners not just item creator

I have created a list and made a flow to send an email when a new item is created. There are three people that can make posts to the list and when they do, I want the flow to send an email. The problem is that it is sending the email from every person that has the flow saved. I want it to send the flow just from the person who created the new item on the list. How do I write the flow so that it only sends one email from the person who added the item to the list?

Hi @KenMGE ,

There should be only one flow owner by one person, the other two persons are co-owners. Owner is the one who created the flow, co-owner is the one that the flow is shared with by the owner. In the flow, in Send an Email action, you need to set Send as to the CreatedBy Email, but this method will require send as permissions to the mailbox for all CreatedBy emails. Or you can send email from shared mailbox.

There really is no other way for this to occur? Seems strange that there is no capability for messages to be sent based on who made the post. What if I just get created by email in step two?
