Hello Community Experts,

There is a requirement where we need to create a portal and add chat bot in that and we should be able to read the messages customer provides from dynamics 365

How do i achieve that

Hi @Sumaira ,

You can create a chatbot using Power Virtual Agent. You can find official docs here and official forum here. To see how you can add chatbot as a button with a chat window you can check out my blog post.
