How to attach an outlook inbox mail in power automate "send an email with options" action??

Hi all,

I have a requirement to attach an Outlook inbox mail with my power automate "send email with option" action.

And that to while the flow is in running state. That means I have started my flow, it is in running state, and there is a "send email with option action" in middle of the flow and I want attach my outlook inbox when the mail arrive with that send email with option action.

Are you sending the incoming email as an attachment to the send an email option? Pls confirm.

yes. the mail will arrive and I have to attach that.

Hi @jay_mangukia

Here are the steps:

After "When an email arrives" trigger, add "Export email" action & pass the Message Id from the Dynamic content as shown below:

Next, add "Send an email with option" action & pass the attachment name as Subject from the original email. Pls make sure you append .eml as file extension in the attachment name parameter. Set the value of "Attachment content" from the body of Export email action as shown below:

OK, will this work if I want to attach an arriving mail from a specific email address?

Yes, if you want to run the flow for a particular email, you can apply filter on subject, to, sender (from) etc. In the below example, filter is applied on email with subject as "Weekly Team Reports":

after passing the message id in export email v2, automatically apply to each came in and "value" dynamic content was passed in "Select an output from previous step". Now as you told to now add new step that is "send email with options". Do I have to add that step in apply to each?

There is no need for "Apply to each" action. I am attaching the .zip package of flow which you can import in your environment. You may modify it as per your need.

You can import the .zip package using the below option:

while adding attachments like subject and body, apply to each automatically comes in. Is there any other solution other than import package

I tried the method which you suggested but the actions automatically get into the apply to each, is it happening because I am do this inside the condition action
