Send an Email with empty cells in a row within tables

Hi

I have a table with about 15-20 columns; one of them being an email address.

I want to use powerautomate to send an email with the name of all the empty cells in that specfic row. however I am not able to figure out the solution.

For Example in the table below, for row 1 I should be able ot add Column name 10,11 and 15 in the body of email as missing information.

Similarly for row 2, it would be 12 and Date and so on and so forth.

Any tips on how to achieve this?

Thanks.

You can achieve this as shown below.

You can check for the value in each cell and Print the value or 'Missing information' using this expression

    if(empty(items()?['Application']),'Missing information',items()?['Application'])

Thank you Sudeep but I need to return the name of the column where the cell is empty. For Example,

I need to send an email to abc@abc.com for row2  stating the name of the column '10', '11' and'15 that is missing. SOmething like,

    Dear ABC,

For 100101, Columns '10', '11' and '15' does not have any info. Please fill the info ASAP.

    Thanks

    Hi There,

Use the trigger ‘When a row is added or modified’  from the Excel (Business) connector, pointing to your specific table in Excel. And then start with initializing a string variable called EmptyColumns.

To Check Each Column use a series of ‘Condition’ actions to check if each column in the triggered row is empty. If true, append the column name to the EmptyColumns variable with an action like ‘Set Variable’, adding the column name and a comma.

Use the ‘Send an email (V2)’ action from the Office Outlook connector. In the body of the email, use the EmptyColumns variable to indicate which columns are missing data.

Please give kudos and mark as solution if it helps.

    Thanks,

    Sandeep Mishra

Each Row has a different email ID. SO I need to send to individual Ids found on that specific rows. and I want to include the name of the columns which has missing information.

    Hi Sandeep,

If I understand correctly, you mean to check if the column is empty, then add that column to a variable. so if I have 15 columns, I need to use 15 conditions. Correct?
