Flow not updating Onedrive File for other users

Hi all,

I'm hoping you can help me find the solution to this problem I just ran into. I have a PowerApp that is essentially a form and is being converted into HTML, which is then converted into a PDF. Whenever I submit the form, the HTML and PDF are updated in my Onedrive for Business. However, whenever another user submits the form, the Flow I created says that Flow was successful, but the HTML and PDF are not updated.

I'm pretty sure I've allowed all permissions necessary between PowerApps and OneDrive for Business so I'm wondering if there's another issue I need to think about. I'm very new to all of this so that could be a possibility.

When I look at the flows after they've run, the flow I initiate looks identical to the flow another user initiates. Is there anything in PowerApps or Power Automate I need to update?

Thanks

The OneDrive for Business Connector will be utilizing your credentials, as you've entered in the Data > Connections area of Power Automate. You should likely utilize a SharePoint document library for those steps.

If you could provide an expanded screenshot of your Flow and steps, your Flow run history, and of any detailed error messages you're receiving we could likely better assist you. Also, for the best results, you may want to review How to write a good forum post.
