Permissions Problem with Create File On Prem with Gateway

Hello all,

I am hoping you all can help unravel this in my brain because I am stuck.  I have a report scheduled to run daily and email to a mailbox.  I'd like a flow to monitor for this email.  Once it arrives, take the attachment and save it to a folder on an on-premises server - which is running a gateway.

This flow was previously working and stopped.  I'm not sure why?!?

Here is the flow that I have configured:

Here is the error that I am receiving:

And here is the connection:

I feel like there are some funky things going on here, and I'm not sure why.  We've got a "service account" that is licensed to use the gateway to connect on-prem to power automate.  However, when initially setting this up we were having problems getting the message out of the mailbox - and it was delegated access to the mailbox.  So we created the flow under a different user (which did not have this problem) and shared it with the service account.

I'm not sure if the credentials it needs are the service account (account licensed in O365 to use the gateway) OR the service account that the gateway is running under on the Windows server.  I know that file system permissions have not been modified - so I don't really know what would have changed here.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks

Steve

    Hi @stephenmbell ,

Please try to create a new file system connection.

I guess the connection to your file system is broken.

    Best Regards,

    Wearsky
