List Check Box into Email

Hi,

I am trying to create a flow when someone creates an item for a list. List A will contain a list of checkbox with the following options:

List A

-----------------------

Issue: ___________________

Email to:

Apple [ ]

Ball [ ]

Cat [ ]

There will be another List B that will hold the email of the recipient.

Name | Email

Apple | apple@company.com
Ball | ball@company.com
Cat | cat@company.com

After the user create the item in List A, depending on the checkbox selected, a single email will be sent to the checked recipient.

I am not sure how to reference to List B based on the names checked on List A.

Hi @slothranger,

Do you want to get the corresponding email address from List B based on the selection in List A?

In list A, there is a column for users to select the name Email to. In List B, there is also a column called Name.

After the trigger, please add an action Get items from List B, then use a Condition to check if name from List A equals to name from List B.

If yes, get email address from List B and send an email to the recipient.
