Canvas app not working with lookup fields after adding a new field to entity

I have a canvas app connected to the CDS with multiple lookup fields to related entities.  When in the canvas app editor and "play" or "preview" the app, everything works as expected.

However, when I publish the app, only the first lookup field displays and every subsequent is blank.  This has happened to me twice, both times after adding a field to the entity.

I should also share that if I start a new app letting canvas app provision a gallery, view and edit form, everything works as expected UNTIL I add 1 lookup field and then I get the message "No data to display".

    Hi @pcalder1 ,

Do you mean that after you insert a new field, your lookup field will be invalid in PowerApps?

I've made a similar test but not met the same problem like your description.

Here's my test for your reference:

1)In powerapps, use a combo box to display lookup field.

Set the combo box's Items: //testmanies is my entity name, testone is my lookup field name

    Choices(testmanies.testone)

The combo box could display value successfully.

    2)Insert a new field

3)Refresh the app, test the combo box

The combo box still can run with no error.

Maybe my test is too simple, not the same like yours.

So could you describe more clearly about your issue?

If you could show me the controls, formulas, new field data type, it will be better.

Showing me screenshoots will help too.

    Best regards,
