Hi @davidvo68 ,

Firstly, I have assumed the field names are the same in the List and Gallery and importantly that the SharePoint ID is also part of the gallery data.

Patch( YourSPListName, ForAll( YourGalleryName.AllItems As aPatch, { ID: aPatch.ID, 'Triage Review(1-3)': aPatch.'Triage Review(1-3)', 'ARIWG Comments': aPatch.'ARIWG Comments', 'Business Owner Response': aPatch.'Business Owner Response' } ) )
