Hi i want top remove the last row from my text. How to do that? Do I need to make a list first ?

You can convert your text string into list then you can remove the last line.
Please refer the below suggested actions for the same.

You can also do by simply using one Replace text -action. Use this Regular expression: ([^\n\r]*)$ and then just replace with %''%
RowsText is before and Replaced is after:
