Send Email Reminder to Customer Voice Survey Invite with Status = Open

I want to send a reminder email to clients who have not responded to a Customer Voice Survey invitation. I built the following flow which passes the flow checker but when I run the test I get the following: "Flow '793624fa-a29a-4f92-a5f0-e0cd410195a2' cannot be installed". Here is my flow:

There is no indication of the correction needed.

Apparently the flow is running because I got a failed error. See screen shot below. I sent a test invitation and I set this flow to run every day and send the reminder after 2 days. Today was the second day after sending my test invitation.
